Clean good vibes
I enjoy every class I've taken at CPY, mainly b/c the instructors are fantastic! The facility is always clean, and people are very respectful.

I love the classes! The instructors are very motivated and assist my postures when needed. I really enjoy the heated rooms because it helps lengthen my joints and ligaments when doing the stretches and poses - AND I sit at a desk all day so I really enjoy being able to flow and move my body around after a long day of sitting.
I love the personalized experience the staff provides, from knowing your name and practice to helping out with your day. For example, I arrived straight from the airport and they allowed me to stow my suitcase in the office since it wouldn't fit in a locker.

The location is perfect - right off the brown/purple lines and steps from the red line. The teachers and staff members and welcoming and helpful. Each teacher is unique, yet all strive to create the best class possible.

Variety of schedules. Always great teachers. Studio conditions - always clean, fresh, equipped, shower area. Welcome and cozy lobby area. Locker room feels almost too open.
