Emma, the instructor was awesome - She created a great wind down class for a Friday night evening, after a stressful work week. It was my first class at the Lincoln Park studio and Emma created a very welcoming and support environment for the class. I will definitely be joining more of her classes.

I really enjoyed my class with Gigi!!! She was great. It was my first class since the pandemic.

Class is challenging. Instructor amazing!
I love this studio and the teachers! I have improved my practice tremendously with the knowledge these teachers have shared with me. Only thing I’d like to see change is more consistence with the heat of the studio. Some classes feel pretty cold and some seem to be the appropriate temperature.

Alana's class was physically and mentally challenging. She is highly skilled, precise, and enthusiastic in her instruction. One of the very best workout experiences of my life.
