By far this is my favorite CorePower Yoga studio. I would have given them perfect score if only they have free parking. I go here 3 - 4 times a week prior to work and do YS from 9:30 - 10:30 AM. Teachers here are my absolute favorite. They are excellent. Namely Audrey and Joanna. This is the only studio that the housekeeper are visible. The studio is always clean!. Although they have water issues in the basement, they keep it odorless. I am a beginner and I would recommend this studio to my family and friends. Thanks guys for all you do.

The great workout I get
I like the intensity of the classes and I feel like I put in real work but I don’t notice because class is so fun. I am already noticing positive results in my body and mindset after a week of classes!
Great class! Loved the flow! Only thing is wish the instructor offered a bit more hands on form correction to make sure we were doing the moves correctly - squeezing the shoulder blades down and back, tucking the pelvis underneath, etc - esp because it was a smaller class.
