Love the workout I get at Core Power and especially love the mental wellness I feel afterwards. The time spent reflecting at the end of class is something I get no where else and it makes my day!

The studio facility is pretty good. I took one class so far on a Wednesday morning so it was not crowded at all.

I love the community and the teachers! I wish the studio were a bit cleaner and that the weights were not so old - other studios have much newer equipment
