I love the staff and the instructors. Everyone is welcoming and professional. I LOVE the classes - always challenging yet soothing. Hot Power Fusion with Caroline is my favorite, but like I said, I love all of the classes and instructors and CP.

Every instructor I've have has been great and I've never had a problem with lack of mat space or weights. Thanks for the awesome classes!

Love the all of class offerings, how many locations you have, and that as a member they are all available to you at no extra cost. I can visit the studio near work, or by my home, or even if I am feeling like it try a new studio on even given day. Your instructors are motivating, inspiring and very knowledgeable!

I wish you offered your new Cardio Circuit class at more locations and times, I think it is a great addition to my yoga practice.

Core Power LP was very convenient for me and the parking was pretty accessible the few times that I made it in. The instructors are all solid and the facility was very clean.

Classes are very nice and staff is very friendly

I have the worst back pain! I have metal roads and screws all up and down my spine. Core power is the best! I can actually tolerate my back pain as I center myself and build muscle in areas! I love going to the gym and doing all different sorts of workouts but I always have to find time for core power (my fave) bc if allows me to be active in all ways without pain!

I loved the atmosphere in the hot yoga class I took; the temperature was not too scorching, it was just right. The instructor, Alyssa C. was very relaxing and helpful. It was the perfect intensity for an hour long class.

Every class that I have gone too has been nothing but motivational, hard, and true to the values of core power. Each teach really cares for the health and well being of their students as well as trying to push them outside their comfort zones.
