The first class I took at COrePower Yoga was Yoga Sculpt with Juan and I loved it! Not only were the flows faster than normal but I loved the resistance of the weights that got incorporated into the class.

I personally really enjoy the Lincoln Park studio, along with the staff- they are great! However, I feel that CorePower the corporation in itself charges way too much per month for use of a single studio facility.

I like that it is your practice and are not pressured to do everything that is being done. There are modifications if you need them. The locations I've been to are all really nice.

I have only gone two days so far, but have loved both of the classes I have attended. I do not go to yoga classes on a regular basis, so I was hesitant going into the class thinking I wouldn't be able to perform the moves. However, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the classes were easy to follow and the instructors were very welcoming. My favorite class has been the Yoga Sculpt. I love how it combines cardio, weights, and yoga. I will definitely be attending classes through the rest of my trial, and have already told friends about my experience, and to encourage them to try corepower!
