I liked the location up stairs. And my class only had 4 people in it, which being new to yoga and core power I enjoyed not having a bunch of people in there. The teacher was very nice and helpful!

Love the variability in classes, from beginner to intermediate yoga to more cardio based classes.
Very convenient that there are 3 Boulder studios- wide range of classes and times to choose from.
So far instructors have all been great!
