- I love the community feel and environment, and that many of my teachers take the time to notice regulars and engage us directly
- I love how instructors will stay after class when you ask them about a pose your working on -- i've had several instructors help me with my handstands after class
- How instructors encourage individual growth instead of comparison competition
- How we are not shamed or told to stay away from the walls when practicing inversions (at other studios I've had instructors tell me not to use the wall because thats giving into fear)

Loved the yoga studio, nice and bright and airy, the best of CP studios which are usually pretty dark.
