I have attended two sessions of yoga here, and the service offered is amazing. The class is so energizing and refreshing. People that work here are so warm and welcoming. Especially Lulu - the instructor and the way she guides us through the entire class is an awesome and natural talent she has.
I would highly recommend attending these sessions for your physical as well as mental wellness.

Last night however the instructor spent 12 minutes of the class completing one “peak” pose right and left. It was grasshopper. Literally half the class didn’t participate and maybe a handful could complete. It was a waste of those precious minutes of yoga which could have been spent doing some other series more universally appropriate!
Loved that it was easy parking, and super high energy yoga sculpt class. Definitely would go again.

Love the hot yoga sculpt! In Colorado at the completion of class/shavasana the instructors come around and place a cold lavender lemon face cloth on everyone's forehead...amazing...miss this...Thx 4 all
