I had a great class! Teacher was awesome and the temperature was perfect in there. Also, everything was very clean. We used to go to this studio all the time before the pandemic and then once the pandemic happened, we stopped going. This was our first time back and it was great to be back.

I am so blessed to be a part of Medford CorePower’s community. I was uneasy in the beginning but Lulu and Samantha are so welcoming. They are incredible, creative, and supportive women that graciously guide you through class. They have truly bettered my practice and I am so fortunate for their kindness and attention. It took barely a week before I was checked in by name. If you have an apprehension, it will quickly fade if you join this studio.

This was my first time at CP Medfod. Trevor was a great instructor! I really appreciated his intentional and grounding techniques in Glow Flow.
Great class. Like the heat and especially like yoga sculpt. The Medford location didn't seem super clean yesterday (lots of stuff on the floor yesterday including ants in studio 1) but in general has been good. Nice teachers.

Lulu was an awesome instructor! She did a great job keeping me engaged as it was my first time taking a yoga class and I didn't know what to expect.

Great place with so many wonderful teachers in Medford: Margaret D, Samantha K., Toni, and Lexi. But why can't there be more starters to clean the studios and substitute teachers? And for CP Cambridge, there's only one Maureen and Gabby D.

The studios are spacious, all areas are clean, spacious parking, and the instructors are fantastic.
I have been visiting from out of town and have enjoyed all the classes at this studio! The staff are welcoming and each instructor had something new and challenging to bring to each class. I especially found each instructor to be encouraging and helpful through out the class. I highly recommend this studio as a place to continue your yoga practice!
