I love that this class kicked my butt! I don't know what took me so long to finally go, I always pass the studio. I'm so glad I got to try out the classes they are all so well put together and the instructors are empowering

Love how clean and welcoming the studio and locker room spaces are. Staff is fantastically friendly. I also appreciate that you offer late classes -- I'm often not out of work until 6/630 -- and I have to commute back to San Jose. Late classes means I can still get in a workout even at 7:30 or 8 at night.

I like that you do not need to reserve a spot in class before arriving and that there are so many class options. It allows for a flexible practice.

I attended yoga sculpt and loved it because of the clean facility, engaging music, kind teachers, and challenging workout.

Everyone at CPY are very friendly and very helpful. The studios has good facilities and there is good choice of Yiga to chose from as they have options for beginners, intermediate and ad maces levels. I love th yoga sculpt class as it provides yoga as well as weight lifts. I look forward to my yoga classes every day :))
I am so happy that they are opening a studio in Santa Clara, CA as i well in July this year!! I just availed the Black Tag membership offer that they are offering for new studios;)))
