Instructors are amazing and show a genuine interest in helping you deepen your yoga practice!! The facility is clean and modern.

My first class there (first class at yoga studio, first hot class) was the Soul-Train theme class (hit PLAY series) run by Daron, was great! Daron is a great instructor, challenging, but brings lots of energy and insight to class. Liked the music and the workout. Clean studio with nice locker room etc.

I like that there are classes more frequent than any other studio I've been to.
I also appreciate the care the teachers put into the class, they are constantly alert and give a lot of feedback and adjustments.

Great classes to chose from, teachers are very friendly and the atmosphere is very positive.

I enjoy the Sculpt classes for their intensity and atmosphere. Every instructor whose class I've taken has been very good. I like the music played during classes. The people in the classes I've taken all seem very motivated, which makes for a better experience.

I love the instructors. I never go consistently so there's always a new teacher and every one I've had has been wonderful. When I do take a class with Ari, she's my favorite, I have to say she has the best music and I love her flow sequences. They definitely stand out as ones I've enjoyed
