It was a great workout. The instructor was very friendly and encouraging. Being new to Yoga, I really appreciated how she guided us through.

Most instructors are very nice and well trained. The place is clean, and has good energy, initially emit by the staff maybe. I appreciate it!

Cordial, courteous, and warm staff that provide an atmosphere of inclusion. They encouraged me to try something outside of my comfort zone (C2 class rather than the C1 class). They also offered praise afterward, which is a wonderful feeling afterward.

Wonderful place. Just fix the heat

I love the friendliness of your staff and the cleanliness of your facility.
However, your power sculpt classes are very popular and now that they have been put in the smaller rooms it makes it more difficult to move and breathe.

I like the varity of classes. The facilities showers. I don't like the shampoo. I love the teacher very friendly and always willing to help.

The studio felt clean. I think this goes across all corepower, but i hate the block there. They are way too soft to provide any support in poses like bridge. I would much prefer a firm yoga block. Otherwise the facilities and staff were very nice and it felt good and welcoming.

The class was so amazing, the music just helps you to get it.

Sculpt is my favorite class and I love that the winchester studio recently changed their schedule so they could offer more classes in one day.
