Quality of instruction was great at this studio. Also appreciate the schedule - lots of classes and times.
However, I wish the Studio (location) were larger to include more classes and more instructors. The studios are oddly-shaped. I don’t like how they are rectangular vs square, with limited number of rows. Would be better if the rooms allowed for more rows. Another issue is that the classes only last 1 hour. Most power classes I’ve had in the past were 75-90min. These 1-hr classes seem a little disjointed since were trying to fit in a ton of poses within a short period of time. Makes the savasana too short and not very relaxing.
Overall, great location. Lots of classes with a great schedule (morning, afternoon, and late night classes), ample parking, decent/clean facilities. Best of all- this place has AWESOME instructors :)
Looking forward to taking Mike M. classes for Yoga Sculpt in the near future. His positive energy will resonate through the class and light people up.

I love how there are nicely kept showers and extra amenities. I think the prices for classes are pretty high for not including shower towels or anything extra like that, but other than that I really love corepower yoga!

Love the teachers! Love the style of yoga! Just with that there were some c3 classes in San Jose. I take C3 in Costa Mesa and it's awesome!
