I love the sculpt class. It’s a great work out. And I like how you’ve added more classes to accommodate everyone’s busy schedules.

I have really enjoyed the classes I've taken. They are all of the great things about bikram without any of the bad things. I haven't been scolded once and it doesn't feel like it takes all morning. I think the price point is a little out of my comfort zone. I wish it was only $150 a month. And I'm also concerned about class sizes. The classes I've taken seem like they are already at maximum capacity and I'm the kind of person that feels uncomfortable asking someone to make room for me, I'm sensitive to the negative feelings created by people who get huffy and criticize other people's mat placement.

i felt very taken care of - in the way instructors explicitly give easy opportunities to choose to be touched or not during class, in the non-judgmental way the classes are difficult but allow people to rest when they need, the free locks for lockers were extremely nice, the fact that instructors learned people's names - it was very nice. i also found the flow of the classes to be quite powerful and smooth

I love your yoga sculpt class since it’s a full-body intense workout that also incorporates lots of stretching and basic yoga poses. I always leave feeling physically and mentally great and all your teachers have been excellent.

Nice instructors

I'm enjoying the brief regularly scheduled classes, that are fundamental with a little variations. Coming from regular practices of 75 - 90 minute classes that are so unique in style and intensity, never knowing what to expect.

Love the teachers, music, how clean the studio is, sculpt class, I love how many classes are offered too. Something that has been tough is the shampoo, conditioner, and soap drys out my skin and makes my skin and scalp itch/irritates it; wishing the soap could be changed, otherwise I love everything else about corepower. Thank you!
