CorePower Yoga - Monarch is a friendly and relaxed environment where the instructors take the time to meet with you outside of the classroom and help you further your practice inside of the classroom. They are well-trained, professional, helpful and inspiring. The facility is also well maintained and the location is unbeatable.

This week was the best sculpt class I've had and I've been going to CPY for years! Thanks for the great workout. Great variety of workout clothes.

I like how the warm and comfortable the environment at CorePower Yoga is. The staff were great, and answered all of the questions I had. It was really cool to see that some instructors knew some signs (ASL). I loved my experience there and I really want to sign up for a membership!
