The Yoga Instructors at CorePower vary in their lessons and teaching style but all are of the highest quality so I know I will be getting an excellent workout no matter what class I choose to attend which always benefits my body, spirit and mind. I know I will never get bored or stuck in a rut due to the variety of classes CorePower offers on daily basis which are all taught by trusted professionals. Also with a Black Tag Membership I can attend an unlimited amount of classes per month at any of CorePowers convenient locations. It doesn't get much better than that.
The studio space is beautiful and clean, and the heated vinyasa classes are a great complement to my regular yoga practice.
