Going to new classes especially when inexperienced can be incredibly intimidating but CorePowers environment and teachers have created an open environment that strips that away and made me feel comfortable doing my first yoga class along with my 10th. great instructors, numerous classes and variety.
While it was a bit crowded cause it was a free class I really liked how accommodating the staff was, I have a lot of injuries and I get so sad when I go into yoga classes trying to get better and the yoga teachers make it even harder by trying to force you to push yourself when your body is not ready.
