The pace was manageable. Nicole was a quiet voice. And the bass in the music sometime was too loud. The music choices were good. I’ve enjoyed my two complementary classes alot.

I love CorePower Monarch and all of the instructors I go to, especially Catherine (Tues 4pm), Hayley (Weds 7pm/Sun 4pm) and Kennedy (Friday 9 am).
My one piece of feedback is: when I've gone to studios in NYC (where I used to live) there are little stickers on the floor to line up the corner of your mat which clearly delineate how many mats can fit in a studio. I feel like these classes get really crowded, so if there were some way to assign spots for each mat, that might help the issue.

One thing to note: Immediately upon class ending, my first thought was that I wished the course focused more on core (since it was StrengthX Core & Glutes). However!! I was surprised to find that the next day my obliques & lower back (back core?? haha) muscles were actually sore! ...which was cool, since I hadn't really targeted those before. Turns out it must have been enough core after all! :)

I love Karin. I love all classes she teaches and the gal with the glasses. The way Karin does her classes are the best. I burn tbh most calories, I feel the most pushed. Not a huge fan of c1, I ended up being super bored in class. I typically love a slow flow but When classes over use chataranga, I get so bored. Todays sculpt class with the sub needed more upbeat music. I do love core power yoga tho
Love the teachers and the classes at Triangle. Easy to park at this location so even though Monarch is closer to me I prefer Triangle.
The instructors are amazing and push me. I love the heat. I love the community and I love how accomplished I feel after class!

I mainly come for the instructors, in particular: Forrest, Joel, Ana, Lauren, and Victor. Not only is CorePower a well-oiled machine—meaning it’s convenient and predictable—but it’s also genuinely such a good vibe. At least, that’s my experience in the classes I go to regularly.

The class was excellent and just what I was looking for after the 3 years away from yoga.....intensive, but short, ( not an 1.5 hour class ). I prefer a local studio and the last time I did not care for CorePower at all, but I'll be back.....need to build my strength back.

I love the studio and the teachers are wonderful. I would love to see more HPF Classes on the schedule for afternoon/eves. I come from a Bikram background but love the low lights and feel of this studio, it's just what I needed. Y'all are doing a great job, keep up the good work!
