The monarch location was just redone and it is now BEAUTIFUL! It felt much cleaner than the Triangle location that I have been going to while the construction was happening. Great class and great studio!

It seems like the studio just got a facelift, beautiful floors, brightens up the entrance and gives a refreshing look and feel. Just happy to be back in the studio to practice with just wonderful teachers.

I love the Triangle location! The instructors are great, the studio is always clean and full of friendly faces. I would love to see more late night HPF weekday classes at this location but overall love the variety of classes.
