Absolutely wonderful instructor!
It felt like a workout with the hot yoga class. The poses had ranging levels of difficulty so all levels could participate. Outside of the actual class, the parking is difficult to navigate. I reserved the class via ClassPass, but there weren’t directions in the reservation on where to park. Additionally, I couldn’t find information on their website. When I tried to call the location, the customer support options couldn’t get me to someone working there. Once I arrived, I learned there was student and staff parking, but not a lot of free spots. I ended up parking at the Whole Foods and grabbing dinner after because of the parking painpoints.

Loved the C2 I took with Rebekah on Sunday. I have been to studios in DC, Boston, and SF....the extra heat/humidity was awesome.

The instructor (Malcom?) - it was on 2/29 at 10 am at the Triangle- gave clear instructions and did not rush the movements as some of the instructors tend to do.

The front desk staff is always very welcoming. I moved to Austin 6 months ago, and within two months of attending this Core Power, the front desk team had already learned my name which definitely made me feel more at home :)

I recently relocated to Austin and I'm blown away by the caliber of instructors. Every single class is thoughtfully planned, amazing playlists. I find myself motivated to keep going back as it is never boring and always a happy place. Everyone is quite knowledgeable, but mostly they are all very warm and welcoming...... very well run the management is amazing. She does a fantastic job of managing such busy locations!!!!!!!

Paige was hands down the best instructor I’ve ever experienced in a yoga session. She was throughly clear on exercises and pushed me passed what I thought my limits were. Best coach I ever and when I am healed after surgery I’ll be back. Highly recommend her to any of my friends in Austin.
