The triangle is such a welcoming space with easy parking. I’ve enjoyed my classes with Carin, Hallie and Joel the most! As a newbie to yoga (always been a runner or cycle girl) I was never intimated and always encouraged to keep going. I’ve gotten so much stronger mentally and physically. It’s changed my life and made me a better runner.
