Great service. Good workout. After the hot yoga class, I felt very energetic and my mind was completely clear. I was happy and wanted to come back again.
Both the consistency and the variety. The consistency in knowing what each class is going to offer and how it is going to challenge me, but also the variety in terms of instructors. Over the weekend I took two sculpts: one with Cami and one with Jennifer P Lee. While I found Jennifer's class to be more along the lines of what I was looking for (more lifting and muscle sculpting driven), Cami's class also challenged me in different ways and had exercises I've never tried before. Both instructors are wonderful, and seeing them on the schedule will definitely draw me to CPY HB.
