All of the instructors are encouraging and always have great insights and flows.

There are many reasons why CorePower is absolutely great! First of all, the entire studio is kept incredibly clean, well stocked with any equipment you might need for a workout. They provide mats, towels, have an abundance of weights when needed, as well as very nice restroom supplies.
The classes they offer are phenomenal!! You can choose a beginner yoga class or a wide variety of advanced type of classes. I love the way they incorporate strength, boot camp, and even cardio into their yoga training. Every instructor I've had so far has been amazing. They are professional, very well knowledged in their field and incredibly talented!!
I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to give it a try! With many choices, you'll definitely find a class that's right for what you need!!
