All the instructors are fantastic. So much energy and positivity. I primarily attend Yoga Sculpt in the early AM. Brooke, Rosie, Pilar, and Lena are all motivating and I enjoy how they mix up the exercises, and also the music.
I also enjoy Jordan’s C-2 and feel so calm and centered after her class.

Facilities are very clean. I enjoy Brian’s C2 class which is both challenging and relaxing. He gives great adjustments and clear instructions.

I have been with the studio for many years and love it! It really feels like community - many teachers have been there for over 10 years. Everyone is friendly. I love the varity of classes - the recent Yoga X class is a nice addition
