My first session doing hot yoga was very interesting
I thought I sign up for regular yoga lol
One hour session was very hard, I only lasted 45 min than I rested for 5 min, the remaining time 10 min I just did leg exercises and sit up . Lyna the instructor was amazing, her adorable energy, her smile, her encouragement, amazing 1st session of hot yoga.
Loved the instructor and how she walked us through every pose.

like the instructors I've taken, Christie, Heather, Minsun, and liked David. Unfortunately he left. I would appreciate if you have a full time front desk attendant, which would allow the instructor to prepare for the class. Recently, my husband was not checked in to the class he attended and consequently he was charged twice the $15 fee not not showing up while he was in the class. He was able to get a refund, but we wish we wouldn't have to take our time to call the call center and spend time on the phone to clarify.
