I love the range of exercises and stretches that CorePower offers with some cardio, some traditional yoga poses and some resistance weights. It's such a balanced workout when I do the different classes and I can level up or down in intensity as needed based on recent fitness levels or if I've been ill recently and need to build back up. I love it for my blood pressure and stress management, which are key health issues for me.

The instructors are friendly and professional, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. I especially enjoy the C2 classes with Paula, Airin, Heather and Eunice—they are all fantastic instructors and the sequence is designed thoughtfully.
In the sculpt class, the 3 lb and 5 lb weight aren’t enough for everyone when the class is full. It would be great if more could be added so that everyone has access to the weights they need.
I'm really happy with this studio! The variet of classes, class times, and instructors are great.
I think the teachers are great, they can read the room and adjust the flow intensity while considering where everybody is at. They are good at making it so that you can enjoy yourself but push yourself at the same time.
Good balance between the instructor talking and the music. I can hear the instructions! The music isn't too loud.
Good heat tempature, clean studio, great class flow, not too crowded

There was a 1030 class today and not one person was in the studio at that time. It would be nice if the classes got canceled ahead of time
