Went to yoga this morning to move my body the way I thought I should and I was kicked out of the session by Kelly.

Pauline was really great! I really enjoyed her sequencing and the theme of connection. The studio and changing areas were clean and I could put my stuff in a locker. I would not hesitate to come back if I am in the area again.

Yoga has really helped me a lot ,
Mind, body, strength and flexibility...
I recently had a shoulder injury and yoga helped me to recover.
I am a therapist so I was able to treat myself while taking the class being careful to not make my injury worse.
Also corepoweryoga offers different levels of classes all day !
And all of the yogis are awesome 👌

This is a great location with excellent management and wonderful classes. All classes I take are fun and really motivate you to work hard.
I go there for Brooke Thursday mornings. She is absolutely incredible. Wonderful energy, rad playlists. Makes the experience.

It was as I expected. I was apprehensive about the room temperature as I’ve never tried hot yoga before, but I was pleasantly surprised that it worked for me. The workout was great.
