I’m loving the CoreRestore sound baths. I spent some time at the Utah locations earlier this year. They offer blended classes of C2/CR/Soundbath. These were some of the best classes I have ever taken. I’d love to see more of these offerings.

I like that There were no phones by people’s mats and there were signs outside the door to not have phones inside. In a class I have had before at Huntington Beach, I saw a lady take pictures right before class start while inside the room and at another class, a student was texting throughout class. They had put the phone trying to hide it behind their water bottle and would type on the phone here and there when they can “sneak it in”
Especially like Elena’s positive energy and how she guides the class.

I love the Brea Team!! Amber and her team are the absolute best! The Yogi Family Dynamic in the studio is absolutely amazing! I have made friends with so many people from the team and members. My days has to start with my CP Family. Their positivity gives me the energy to make it through my days as an IT Professional. I'm also not so stressed, because I know that I have the next day to look forward to and I will be at the studio with my CP Family. Core Power is my sanctuary! I always feel so refreshed physically and mentally after class. Shout out to my favorite teachers at Tustin; Aria and David. Their classes on Saturday and Sunday mornings make my weekends complete!🙏🏻❤️
I truly enjoy all of the classes at Core Power Yoga. I have guided through various classes by brand new and long time teachers. I believe each have something special to offer. All of the teachers use their own personalities and life experiences to provide unique perspectives while guiding the class through the physical parts. I can honestly say something resonates with each teachers life story or what they are working on daily. I love “what brings you to your mat today.” I believe living with intention makes life more fulfilling. Since I started coming I have felt very welcome and comfortable. I am grateful for everyone I have met at the Mission Viejo studio, you are all the BEST! Thank you
