The classes are very challenging but not overwhelming. The facilities are clean and smell good, which can be a challenge to find in hot yoga studios.

I have been going to Core Power Berkeley for the last year and it's fantastic. The teachers are all super friendly and informative. The class schedule is great and offers a nice variety of times for each type of class. I have definitely recommended it to friends and will continue to do so.

The workouts are incredible, i LOVE that when I workout with CorePower I get a workout for my muscles, mind and cardiovascular system all at the same time. CPY2's are wonderful because I get a chance to relax, relieve stress and get away from the outside world while also feeling like my body received a good burn. Most importantly, the community and instructors are so welcoming and non-judgemental. I've felt welcome from the day I stepped foot in there and continue to be welcomed every day I come back. Thank you for being such a friendly facility to practice yoga in.

I thought the instructor, Ruby, was absolutely incredible. Her yoga sculpt class probably gave me one of the best workouts of my life, and she was the most positive, motivating instructor. I will be coming back for her classes!

Core Power Yoga offer many different classes and each class is very unique.

Knowledgable instructors, friendly, clean.

I like the classes a lot - perfect combination of strength and flexibility. Much more of a workout than I ever expected from Yoga. I enjoy C2 classes and sculpt classes.

I like the sense of community you get when you go to corepower. People are friendly and supportive and so are the instructors. The classes are also challenging and there are so many options throughout the day.

Everything is totally cool EXCEPT THE ANTS IN STUDIO 2!!! Totally ate one during sculpt the other day:( hakuna Matada??? Everything else is rock spot on!!! Stay humble and grateful and we are guuud ! ;)

The class times and the diversity of classes at Berkeley work very well for me. I feel so comfortable at the Berkeley studio where I can really relax and focus on my mat when I go in. I love the instructors at CorePower in Berkeley- they are so helpful and it feels like a community. I hope that more Berkeley instructors are able to teach at Fremont in San Francisco to set a standard. Although I work in the Financial District, I still find myself looking forward to making the trek to Berkeley for a more calm and meaningful yoga class. I think the San Francisco busy/detached vibe really sets in to Fremont and I don't feel like the instructors are as invested in their customers and not worried if they will ever see them again since there are so many people in the city.

It was nice to have a CorePower option while visiting my family in the Bay Area for the Thanksgiving holiday. I took Lael's C2 class last Wednesday. She was very welcoming and friendly and took the time to show me around the studio before class. The staff was very warm at each of the classes I attended. Thanks!

I really enjoy the Hot Power Fusion class on Tuesday nights. I found the class to be challenging yet refreshing. The mood was perfect and the instructor (Eileen) was skilled and moving the class along from one pose to the next. As a "newbie" I appreciated the help and minor corrections Eileen provided. I would highly recommend the Tuesday night HPF classes to anyone looking for that next level of fitness. You will appreciate the experience.

LOVE the classes. The instructors are so positive, friendly, encouraging. I even take my husband who doesn't go very often and he never feels like he doesn't know what to do

I love the facility! The locker room was great and I like that there is a shower available for after a sweaty class! The class was also very athletic, which I like!

I like the people and the practice. It gives me a nice quiet place to continue my love for yoga. I like the spiritual aspect of it too. The teachers often read something or say something inspiring to have us think about and guide us to dedicate our practice to something that is personal. I find that every time I walk out of core power, I feel the world is just a little lighter. What a great feeling.
