I like the variety of classes, the quality of instructors and the class availability/scheduling.

The varied schedule and high number of classes offered per day is an incredible benefit for me. I also really enjoy the unique style of each instructor.

The cleanliness of the studio, the teachers have all been great, the extras like water and towels are priced well, but the classes themselves are expensive.

The class is very welcoming to newcomers. It is open to help newcomers ease into the practice, and I believe this is possible because of the great staff that set such an awesome environment. The facilities are great, and so is the fact that you can rent and buy products at the studio.

I love the facilities. The lack of smell for a hot yoga studio is refreshing and the floors are gorgeous. . The bathroom and changing area is clean and spacious. The instructors are warm and always willing to assist!

Consistency in many aspects:
1) Classes - guidance and flow.
2) The teacher greets the student when they check them in for class. At Corepower, even if you try to hide, you can't get away from not talking to the teacher. I didn't understand the importance of this - until I went to another yoga studio that dedicated personnel to do business/deal with people and teachers only focused on teaching the class; there was a disconnect, disjointedness. Anyways, there's something intrinsic about that initial engagement between the teacher and student, even if it's just a brief "hello".
3) I admire how yoga teachers at Corepower (Berkeley West) are well-rounded, multi-faceted, and able to weave between teaching/ studies/ guidance/ adjustments and also able to run studio operations/ managing business/ dealing with people. Yoga in action.
4) Cleanliness and upkeep of facilities (practice rooms, sitting area, locker rooms).
5) Plentiful Schedule - Thank you for this. That was the first element that drew me to the studio. Many options considered for the working yogi/yogini. Big Bonus: Classes on holidays (while most studios are closed in Bay area).
6) Burgeoning sense of sense of community. It's not in-your-face and forced. But there's a natural presence and homecoming-type of familiarity.
