Student Testimonials
Clean facility,knowledgable teachers,great C2 class!
Very nice yoga studio. Great yoga rooms, nice and modern locker room. The instructors are great and I always have a good experience when I come to class.
the variety of classes
Service is great and the week long pass lets you try it out.
Sara Schipani is what drew me to CorePower Yoga. She's an amazing instructor - very clear with her instructions, especially for the beginner, good demos, calm and motivating. I love her mantras - sharing a quote to lift you throughout your day. I felt so safe and relaxed with her that for the first time I was able to clear my mind (most of the time) and give in to the exercise. When I found my mind wandering, Sara gave gentle reminders to help us refocus. The facility is also gorgeous, clean and very inviting. LOVE it!
The teachers are wonderful and so passionate about yoga! I always enjoy my class and feel supported but challenged during it. They offer a great amount of time slots for classes and I love that they offer a 6am class, incase I want to go before work.
The environment is very welcoming and Isaac for any new person to join the space and not feel like an outsider.
Excellent instructors and clean environment.
HIgh quality
Lots of classes to choose from; great instructors; clean and inviting facilities
I really just like to whole atmosphere at CorePower Yoga. All the teachers I've had there so far are pretty wonderful. I've had three knee surgeries and they really help you to modify your moves so that you don't injure yourself and I leave feel so relaxed! I wish I would have started this years ago!
Good space, clean and very friendly stuff:)
I really appreciate how all of the classes I've taken at CPY are challenging yet also very relaxing. You can tell that the instructors have been well-trained and take their practice seriously. The studios and locker rooms are in excellent, clean condition, unlike other yoga studios I've visited.
Nice space, very clean. Lots of classes.
Great beginning yoga class that teaches the basics and is not stressful for clients new to yoga.
god vibes - friendly people - cool place
Amazing teachers and a welcoming space to practice!
Love the one-hour format, the consistent level of teaching.
Lots of classes, flexible schedule, nice facility, good teachers
the staff is very friendly and encouraging
the studio is clean
Clean facility, convenient class schedule, and a great workout!
I like your class schedule, especially the 9am classes. Perfect time for moms!
Classes, studio environment, schedule, really friendly and knowledgeable teachers
Welcoming, clean, peaceful
It's so clean! Both Studios I've been to have large windows in the yoga rooms, which I really appreciate because nothing is as wonderful as natural lighting.
I did Bikram, so I enjoyed the Hot Fusion class. I am going to take the Core Power 1 class next to learn the sequence and posses I am unfamiliar with. Also like thst your studio offers a restorative yoga class (for those days that I am not up to a hot yoga class).
Like that the classes i wish to take are offered every day. I usally do yoga 3-4 times a week as it takes me 50 minutes travel time to get to the studio.
Love the studio - beautiful. Very much enjoyed the yoga instructor.
I will be signing up for the unlimited after my 10 free days expires.
I liked the teacher and the studio itself. Very roomy and I like how there are 3 different rooms for yoga.
I like Monika's and Jared's classes. What I like most about their classes is that they are unpredictable. Most of the teachers, especially in C1, do the same thing over and over again, and it doesn't vary between teachers. It is probably the difference between experienced vs. newer teachers. However, I like how they allow me to modify the flow to fit what I need for the day.
I also like how there are multiple locations of the studio around the bay area.
My only recommendation is that I wish instead of taking three breaths together at the beginning and end of class, we would just OM instead. OMing brings more unity within the class.
I like the consistency, but the variety in teachers. I like the consistent quality of the facilities in different Core Power locations, in different states. The workout is always a pleasant but challenging experience.

I like that the rooms are heated and I like the music as well as the diversity of class types offered. However, I do think the new a la carte class prices (for drop in rates) are quite high for the area.
