I love the variety of classes. I'm a runner who has only been doing yoga for a couple of months but I love how it has allowed me to find new ways to challenge myself and my body.

I enjoy the variety of classes and that all I've taken so far are a great workout with great instructors.

Instructors are attentive and knowledgeable. Classes offered regularly after work hours. Diverse clientele.

Every teacher is unique which makes each class different from the next, even if it's the same series. When you leave you feel refreshed and satisfied that you had an amazing workout.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The instructor provided a lot of guidance and kept the whole class very motivated. The class was a lot of fun and I plan on taking this class again.

Great instructors, awesome atmosphere and clean.

I like that most of the instructors are very prepared for class and it doesn't feel like a class but more of a flowing exercise.

One suggestion I've seen at other studios - bring wash cloths soaked in water with lemon and lavender and place it on the yogis' heads after class. It's an excellent cool down.

I like that there are many classes throughout the day. Great teachers & clean studio & locker.

I love the instructors there wonderful and the keep me motivated. Cleanliness is a big one I hate when the place is dirty which is not a problem there. I'm happy when I leave there I feel a have a fresh start on my day.
