I really like that there are sign up requirements for class, which allows flexibility in schedule. I got to experience C1-C2 & YS and every instructor was so welcoming and available to assist in every move.
The facilities are clean, spacious and wonderful! I cant wait to begin again :-)

The studio is always clean. Your teachers are all very lovely in their own unique ways. The teachers focus on all the right things, lifting students up to truly benefit from yoga rather than treat it as a competitive sport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with tips, questions, and everything else. The merchandise being sold is some of the best I've seen anywhere and the class itself was the perfect balance of relaxing and strengthening.

Every class I have been to at the West Loop studio has been awesome! All of the teachers have been great.
The classes are hot like they should be. The humidity has been great! (there was a time where this wasn't happening and it really made feel slightly disappointed). But the past few weeks have been perfect. Mostly at 6:30 am!
