South Boulder is a nice venue -- two larger studios, attractive open spaces for shopping and relaxing, and a changing area with clean showers. The Sculpt class I took from Christa was quite the workout, as it should be! I particularly like that she brought down the heat halfway through when everyone was producing so much of their own, and the music was motivating but not too loud. Thanks for the fun experience!

I specifically go to CPY SoBo for Raj’s classes. His level of experience, intelligence in sequencing, investment in a yogic lifestyle and ability to inspire is what continues to draw me to his classes.

I have been a member for a long time so obviously like much of what CP has to offer.
I do recommend it to many but I do not think it is a good fit for all.
While it blurs the line of excercise and yoga which is fine please don’t forget it’s yoga roots. Slower is not easier but deeper.
I would also have signage that discourages talking before class.

South Boulder has a very friendly feel

It would be nice to have an evening Core Restore class @ South back in the middle of the week. They all went away for some reason.
Enjoy the classes especially Sophia, Tunde, Sarah(s), Bonnie and now Kelsey. All good with the crew there.

Great instructors and a lot of classes offered

Had an outstanding C2 level yoga class given by Sophie who kept us focused and challenged our bodies in a strong, steady flow. Nice sunny environment with plenty of room.

I like the fact that there are lots of C2 classes offered all at different times everyday. And I like that the classes are hot! And I like that the instructors often give you something to reflect on, so it is refreshing for both the body and mind.

staff is both knowledgeable and kind/compassionate.

The schedule with frequent classes with a lot of variety. Plus the yoga instructors are amazing. They always remember my name.

BUT, please please please fix the lockers. They do not lock. The hardware is not that expensive or difficult to install. Brie was successful in getting a few fixed but there are still 8-10 more.

The best way to describe Raj is as a true professional and one of the anchors at CPY SoBo. I learn something new from him every.single.time and my practice is enhanced by his experience and dedication. Bri is killin it in her new role and seeing her there every time I go in is always awesome. She is so open to feedback to create the best experience for the student. So much love for these peeps!
