Dani is a great teacher
Love all the corepower classes, especially yoga sculpt and hot power fusion! The teachers are also amazing and will kick your butt! I know I’m always in for a good workout when Noelle, Gini, Heddie, Dani, and Cerissa are teaching, just to name a few. Plus they always play good music!

very down to earth, unpretentious, friendly studio-the usual variety of different classes at different levels led by excellent teachers. I go to the South Boulder studio but there are many around the area.
Great classes! Tuna is my favorite instructor at South Boulder. I like her energy!

I've been taking Hot Yoga on Mondays with Bari and she has definitely taken my practice, with each class to a better practice. I love how she keeps the integrity of the class at the same time that she respects where each student is that day. Her indications are spot on. I can tell she has a lot of experience and a lot of wisdom to share. Thank you, Bari!

Great staff. Makes you feel welcomed and classes are easy to follow and learn. The locker rooms are clean and the front desk, merchandise and waiting area are nicely decorated and pleasant places to spend time if you are waiting.

I very much enjoy the variety of yoga classes you offer. Yoga sculpt is one of my favorite. I especially liked that the instructor didn't make the room overly hot during my last visit. With a lot of bodies generating so much heat the room is plenty warm!
