Your instructors are very helpful. Since I have never done yoga in my life I was nervous. The nerves went away from the beginning of the 2 classes I took. One was the Core 1 class and the other was the Hot Fusion class. Both instructors were very hands on and helpful. I really enjoyed yoga at your Bucktown location and I am considering doing yoga as part of my weekly exercise routine. Thank you.
