I like that the instructors explain the movements very well. Usually I have to look up to know what the next pose is, but at CorePower the instructors move around the room and correct you if you aren't doing it right.

great classes and clean space

You have 2 of my 5 favorite creative, fun, energetic, hard, driven sculpt teachers that keep me coming there on Saturday and Sunday mornings (Leah and Antonio). The class is over before you know it because of their fast paced quick changing routines. Always a hard workout that you makes you feel great after wards.

I like that they keep the structure of the class but throw in quick bits of cardio in between to keep it challenging and not repititious like some instructors do.

Sculpt tore me up. I was sweating so much everyone on the street walking home thought I peed my pants

Yesterday was my first time ever at CorePower. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I loved the class (Hot Fusion) and that yoga blocks were provided at no cost! The studio was clean and organized.

Great teachers, variety of class times and parking is available.

Class was just a little too warm and, as always, corepower is just a touch pricey for frequent drop ins.
