Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Waaay more pleasant than going to the gym
The instructor, Ericka, was really helpful and positive. I am always a little self-conscious of my yoga abilities, but she made me feel really comfortable. I also had not practiced in awhile and the C1 flow is really easy to jump back into.
I took the noon C2 with Caroline on Wednesday and she was awesome!!
Your staff is super helpful and friendly. Your facility is clean and cozy. I really enjoyed the C1 candle light class. It was exactly what I needed.
The customer service was great when we walked in and was happy to see it was the same woman teaching the class, Abbie.
The location is very convenient and the teachers are great. If it's possible to wipe down/ mop up the condensation in the back of the room, it'd make it for a much cleaner experience.

I think the staff as soon as you walk in is very helpful and friendly, my instructor was great and the facilities were clean and accommodating.
