I don't like my yoga experience...I love it. It's always a challenge as the teachers switch up their flow frequently. I walk out of each session/class well worked out and motivated to keep up my practice. I recently went to a high school reunion and was asked by many friends how I kept so physically fit. Well it is a no-brainer. Thanks CorePower!
