The first time I enrolled at CP I lost 85 lbs and went from a 44” waist to a 31” waist - and never felt better physically, emotionally and spiritually. After a car accident in 2017 I basically dropped out of my practice and, like many during Covid, I became more homebound and sedentary, and eventually, out of shape, overweight and sick. On April 28th I had a cardiac episode, lost consciousness and ended up in Scripps Hospital for 5 days. I received amazing care and was discharged with my medical condition diagnosed and treated. This gave me the incentive to get well again. So, I changed my diet and enrolled again at CP. after 90 classes in the past 5 months I have lost 40 lbs and threw away about a dozen prescription drugs that I no longer need. All of doctors, family and friends are amazed. More importantly I feel so much better - physically, emotionally and spiritually. I could not have done it without my CP studios - PB, UTC, Pt. Loma & Clairemont Mesa. Thank you CorePower. You’re a life changer and a lifesaver.

It's a family of positive vibes and varied leveled classes that fit my crazy lifestyle. Great location awesome friends the best instructors. I never thought I would be into yoga but now I am not sure how I functioned withoout it! PB studio is magical! Checking classes now:)

The vibes were so fun, such a challenging feel good class! Have recommended to people!

Classes are always upbeat, and the flow is never the same. My favorite classes are the ones with a bit of humor and I love the positive reinforcement callouts. as in every studio, all the instructors are fantastic and of course, there are a few that really stand out. you have to figure that it’s a two hour stint with a half an hour of preparation and commuting an hour of studio work and another half an hour of getting home and cleaning up. It’s all well worth the effort. Kudos to the management for making this CorePower studio a superb place to practice your yoga.

Absolutely loved Becca's 5p Sunday C2! Her flow and playlist were awesome, perfect for an end of weekend rest.

I love the teachers' skill level, I love when they welcome me by name, I love when they honor each student where they are, I love when they encourage me and others by name and/or row. CorePower seemed a bit intimidating when I first considered the studio, but the teachers' warmth quickly eased any worries. CorePower is full of energy and namaste-style vibes.

I did the free Sunday 10:30 am community yoga, and it was such a good experience. The instructor was amazing, and the vibes were so peaceful. I would definitely be coming back for this.
