I like the amount of different classes you have, and how often they are (basically every 1.5 hours). I don't have a lot of experience with other yoga studios/companies but I like most of the teachers and the studio!

I like CorePower - I found the studio clean, and I enojoyed the class.

I enjoy the convenience of the class times and the variance of all the instructors. I always leave feeling lighter and invigorated. My only suggestion to enhance the already positive experience is to use more essential oils in classes for a more meditative/calming class.

I like the staff, everyone has been very nice and helpful! Specifically, Rainah (Pacific Beach, CA) was a fantastic instructor who gave the perfect amount of instruction. Also, I was the only who showed up for a C1 class and she stay to teach just me!

my only minor complaint is that the men's locker room floor appears a lot dirtier now that it is tile flooring after the remodel.

I love the energy of the teachers when they host a class. I've always been very fond of a quote that says you can't Lead an orchestra with your backs towards them, I believe that the instructors lead us. They get into yoga positions with us and understand that people like myself (newbie) won't be as flexible as everyone else ..... Instructors continue to help us grow and that's what a yoga studio should always be .

Classes are very informative, well-rounded, and I appreciate that the teachers emphasize being gentle with oneself while still pushing students to do their best.

I appreciate the variety and the consistency in the services I receive with CPY. I've been going to CPY for more than 10 years both here in CA and in CO. I love when I walk out of a class and feel rejuvenated and refreshed!
