I took a yoga C1 class for the first time and was very pleased with the workout. The instructor was great easy to understand and follow cues. She demonstrated some of the hard to do poses like "crow" and "chaturanga". I also took a yoga Sculpt class it was challenging and brutal but loved it!!!
