I love the energy, knowledge and sophistication of the instructors. Each and every one of them bring something unique to the class practice.

I travel for my job and take yoga classes in whatever destination I happen to be in, but I have never found a studio as welcoming as Corepower Kahala.

Cleanliness, promptness, I know what to expect, professional yet friendly, amenities are GREAT. I wish there was a place to store my mat!

Firstly the yoga studio was as clean as a hospital room and the entire design had the feel of exclusive resort and spa.

Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging me to return to my yoga practice after recovering from a broken toe and personal family loss.

The instructor ( Christie) spoke distinctly and clearly enough that I could follow her closely for each pose. She also made the poses a lot of fun and gave me extra attention.

The music was beautiful, calming, yet inspiring for the practice of yoga.

I felt energized, clean and lithe after the class and in the evening slept nine hours which I never do without some kind of medication.

The class went by very quickly and I was tempted to take another but past experience has taught me to not underestimate the power and effect of yoga, especially after being away for ten months.
