I like the sculpting class because it includes weights cardio and yoga. The instructors are also always very welcoming and enthusiastic.

My favorite teacher for Hot Fusion is Sommer! Her class is very relaxing and powerful. I hope that the class schedules won't change in the winter or fall. I love a variety of classes as i can only work out at a certain time of the day. Thank you Core Power for giving me serious curve and improved health!

You offer a bunch of different classes throughout the day. Each class pushes you, but you are able to go at your own pace when need be.

It was super easy to sign up for a free week trial. Additionally, the facilities (especially the bathroom area) are really nice and the staff was very welcoming.
