I enjoyed the challenge of CorePower yoga and it was a great workout! It was also my first time ever doing yoga of any kind. A friend (Noe Foster) invited me to attend the class with her and I said Yes and loved it. The instructor was great as well.

I love the range of classes that are available. Although I do have my favorite, sculpt, there is something for everyone at any level.

The facility itself is great. It being a little bigger would be a plus, but for the most part it's all you need! One thing I'd like installed would be the water filter system over the water fountains. I've been to other studios out of state and they all have that. I was amazed the first time I saw it! And who knows, you could very well already have one for I haven't been around the corner to the water fountains in a while.

I've been going to Corepower for years, on and off as a member, but always still recommending Corepower and always coming back! I look forward to becoming a member this year and getting back to shape!

The sculpt class I took was hard (in a good way) it was a great work out and the instructor had great energy. I actually had to stop a few times to break. I love an intense, sweaty, high energy work out.

great yoga classes - have had several difference instructors teaching different classes, and they have all been very good. Starting on time, clear instructions, good flow, great music, challenging but adaptable for many levels.

Convenient location for me. Various options of class levels and times and all of the instructors are well trained and easy to follow.
