I like the variety of C2 instructors as each has a different focus and introduces different poses. I like learning new poses in C3 classes. My favorite instructors are Suzanne, Stephanie, Alana. Though I don’t take sculpt anymore, my favorite instructor was Riley.

I love the space and the Instructors. My only wish would be that HPF would be offered a few evenings. IT is such an amazing class. But most people who work are not avail at 5pm. It would be so nice to offer more AM and PM options of this particularly intense and heated what I call Bikram Inspired class. (only b/c we don't do all the poses). It is very healing. Thanks ;)
Not only do I feel better than ever about the way I look because of CPY, but my soul is happy after every single class :) I feel strong inside and out. Love this community.
