Nicole the C2 instructor was amazing. Her cues were on point. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my practice. Some instructors make me feel inadequate for not being very flexible or strong, but Nicole created a safe and welcoming environment where I could practice C2 to the extend my body allows. She provided modifications for the more challenging positions and demonstrated correct alignment. She is the best instructor I’ve had.
Such a great workout that also is relaxing and fun!
