Great schedule of classes, accessible parking, wonderful teachers!!!
The teachers are very kind. The classes are the same but different. Early and late class times are helpful.
The people that work here are always so delightful to interact with. Aaron helped me figure out an issue I was having with my accounts (two different ones) and was super kind and empathetic about it. I also love the instructors, especially Rachel, Christy, and Melissa; I try to attend their classes when my schedule allows.
Found parking and got to class easily. Was worried bc it was a long weekend at the mall. Instructor assumed I knew the studio. That’s the case with the 6 studios I visited on the Mainland. I wonder if there could be a little pop up if it’s your first or 2nd time where instructors could say- welcome or welcome back. May I help you get oriented to the studio and do you know where to go?

Kahala CPY has the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff I have encountered in a gym type setting.

Friendly, clean and I LOVE that they seem to have fun theme/specialty classes at least once a month.
It’s a great studio, clean and big and the teachers help you feel confident in your practice. The other yogis are nice and I always enjoy my classes there. It’s also in a great location right by Whole Foods!
My favorites are Gio, Christy and Rachel classes. So much energy. Also please have an additional Core strength X class a day so accessible to everyone. Thank You.

There was a gorgeous selection of merchandise. All of the staff was so friendly. I got to take several classes during my vacation at this location because the times were really convenient. I loved that they added heat to the core power 1 classes, gotta love the heat!! It was also really clean in the studio and locker rooms. Mahalo!

Wonderful studio, open and spacious, amazing teachers
Melissa Mae was amazing! She is one of the leads of teacher training on Oahu and her C1 flow was spot on. I loved her intention as well. She made my daughter and her boyfriend fell super successful as it was my daughter’s maybe 6 in studio class and her boyfriend’s first.
Karen Ho was great as well. She was so sweet and her cues were especially helpful for my daughter’s boyfriend whom this was the second in studio yoga class he went to after Melissa’s.
Kahala studio + team bring me to life!!! Tara’s class was killer in the best way and I was SO SORE the next morning! This studio and its people are everything!!
