The atmosphere is great and relaxing. The staff had a vibe that rubs off on those around them creating a safe and happy space to be comfortable in yourself. This place makes you want to return even if you're a beginner and the moves can be challenging, it's hard to give up with the support around you. I simply love it!
I love how clean and well equipped the studio is! The staff is friendly and there are plenty of classes scheduled during the day to choose from.
The playlist was great! The teacher was amazing!! Great flow to the class, nice curveā¦ going up to the highest and slowly coming down to relax.

Thank you Theresa for making the studio feel like my home studio in Pasadena! ā¤ļø I took Keldaās restore class and Rachelās Yoga Sculpt when I was on a vacation in Hawaii thank you so much for everything Aaron was very kind to me didnāt get the chance to take his class but he was very welcoming! I hope to be back again sometime soon!

I actually really liked the unheated class. I know something was wrong with the heating system, but I wish you offered unheated classes regularly. āŗļø
