I have attended corepower yoga classes off and on for a few years. I especially enjoyed the last class I just took at the Kahala studio. Melissa the instructor was knowledgeable, upbeat and professional. The studio was clean as expected. The instructors are always good.

There are classes for all levels and the times are accommodating for those who work either 8/ 10 or 12 hr shifts. The studio is clean and the instructors are well versed in their practice. It is the one hour I have for myself that make a difference!
