The Studio in Manhattan Beach is beautiful, inviting and really clean. And I'm not sure how you keep the studio's aroma so fresh, but there never is a "gym like" smell!!!!!

Overall the CRX is a great class but is excessively hot, which could discourage people from returning. There's a risk of fainting, so it's essential to keep the door open at all times.

Hermosa location offers the classes I like at the times I can attend. Olivia teaches the Monday and Wednesday class at 6 am and she greets you by your name. She’s great 😁

I like the consistency of the studios, you get pretty much the same experience no matter the studio you use. I also like the wet heat and the emphasis on the traditional style poses. I would just recommend C2 classes be a little more hot :) and sometimes depending on the instructor, the C2 classes don’t really feel like a true vinyasa flow (which can be painful in bodies like mine that experience chronic pain). Thank you!
