I loved my first class at CorePower! The instructor was high-energy and made the class fun! It was mostly sculpted with a little bit of cardio mixed in as well. Overall it was a great class and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The class was great!! Over crowded though and then a 25 minute wait for the shower. Good for you guys!! But I think I’d prefer a less crowded class.

Lizzie B is a very talented instructor. She had a great energy about her that radiated through the entire class. I felt challenged, but I did not feel like I was going to over heat. Lizzie explained all of the poses and flows very accurately.

Enjoy taking classes with all the instructors including Kristen, Annie, Kate, Leticia, Sarah and Heather. They make it fun to come to class!

Clean and organized location and studio rooms. The instructor was good, the instructions of the flow were clear and easy to follow as well as appreciated the time and space to work through the movements at our level.
